The company asserts that as of 2026-05-27, it has NOT received:
1. Any sealed or secret court order from a German court or any EU court with a non-disclosure requirement
2. Any order under the German Strafprozessordnung (StPO) with a mandatory secrecy clause
3. Any European Investigation Order (EIO) with a gag clause
4. Any US National Security Letter (NSL)
5. Any US FISA court order (Section 702 or Title I)
6. Any subpoena, search warrant, or production order with a non-disclosure requirement from any jurisdiction
7. Any order compelling installation of a backdoor, modification of software/infrastructure, or enabling covert access
8. Any order compelling disclosure of private cryptographic keys

Additionally: our infrastructure has not been physically seized; no admin or user encryption keys have been compromised; no unauthorised covert access has been enabled.

Jurisdiction: Hosting at Hetzner GmbH (Germany, EU). Data controller subject to EU GDPR and the German Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG). Founder is a US person; maintainer is an EU person. Dual-control: a demand to either party that is not also served on the other is incomplete by design.
